I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, including my own. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Cancellation Policy
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24-hour advance notice you will be charged half the regular amount (discounts do not apply) of your scheduled service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If I need to cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, I will reschedule the appointment at the earliest possible convenience and offer you a 20% discount on the rescheduled session.
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made for emergencies, illness or hazardous driving conditions.
No-shows
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment and not get in touch to cancel, for whatever reason, you will be considered a no-show. You will be charged the full regular amount (discounts do not apply) for your missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments or commitments. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full scheduled session. Out of respect and consideration to me and my other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Payment and Insurance
Payment is expected in full at the end of the session. I accept all major credit cards, cash or check. I do not bill clients and I do not accept insurance. If your insurance covers massage therapy, you are still required to pay in full at the end of your session. Upon request, I will be happy to provide you with a statement or receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Tipping
I set my rates to meet my needs and do not expect or accept tips.
